"Received a letter from NC Underwriters regarding replacement costs on my homeowners policy last week. Called your office twice and was told your office couldn't provide this information and to call construction contractors, or manufacturer home companies. They could not help me, so called underwriters who said state farm should be providing this for me. So called again this morning and Mary answered and provided exactly what the 2 previous staff said couldn't be done. Thank you Mary as always, your professional, courteous thorough assistance prevailed again! State Farm is very fortunate to have such a competent, delight as you in their employ! My star rating is for Mary only!"

Due to the recent Quarry fire I thought it was more important than ever to make sure we have adequate coverage in the event of a catastrophic event.
